Our balanced mains are an exciting take on wholesome contemporary food. We have carefully crafted every recipe to deliver exceptional flavour alongside nutritional goodness. We also offer gluten-free choices to aid in healthy digestion.   We have recently revamped our menu to redefine the way you eat. By bringing it back to the basics, we focus on one of the most important building blocks of any meal: protein. Our menu is now divided to highlight our sources of protein: plant, meat, fish & seafood. Despite this fresh approach, we still strive to provide the same wholesome flavours we’ve been serving you since Cedele began. These changes have been implemented at a couple of our All-Day Dining outlets and we plan to roll them out to our bakery kitchen concepts sometime later this year. You can expect a new menu that still conveys our dedication to using the finest ingredients and our desire to craft meals that will satisfy and nourish your body. Also, fret not! Your favourite main dishes will still remain, with some additional flavour upgrades.     At Cedele, most of our mains are designed to be a protein paired brilliantly with grains or pasta. We offer customers a choice of wholewheat spaghetti or linguine for their pasta dish. The crowd favourites include our Fish Pesto Pasta – white seabass with coriander pesto, our vegan-friendly Portobello Tri Colour Quinoa – served with grilled pumpkin, tofu and miso ginger sauce and our Aka Miso Tofu pasta – with mixed mushrooms, edamame, red miso sauce, chilli padi and sprouts.   For meat lovers, our Rosemary Sea Salt Chicken, served with sweet potato patty, baby spinach with lingonberry orange chutney is a signature Cedele main dish. You might also enjoy our Portobello Beef burger for a hefty sandwich of lean beef patty, onion Marmalata, baby spinach and tomatoes between our rosemary focaccia. Alternatively, try our Beetroot burger, which comes with avocado slices, spiced chilli jam, arugula, and tomatoes in a spinach brioche bun. We guarantee that it is as good as a burger can get.
