GENERAL MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
A: The Cedele Rewards Membership program is a cardless loyalty p rogram that allows members to instantly earn and redeem rebates from eligible transactions at any Cedele, Toss & Turn, Greater Lot by Cedele and Workspace Espresso store. Member s will also receive welcome e-vouchers, and enjoy member-only promotions and benefits during selected periods.
A : In order to apply for a membership, you need to: - Be a Singapore resident - Must be at least 16 years of age on the date of registration - Possess a Singapore National Registration Identity Card, Employment Pass, Work Permit, Student Pass OR Dependent Pass issued by the Singapore Government.
A: To sign up at any outlet, please approach a member of staff who will assist you. Or simply sign up online at http://rewards.cedeledepot.com/register.aspx .
A: To sign up, the following details are needed: - Full Name (Mandatory) - NRIC/ FIN Number (Mandatory) - Contact Number (Mandatory) - Date of Birth (Mandatory) - Email Address ( A valid email address and consent for us to send you membership notifications is necessary to communicate member - only promotions, important membership updates and benefits)
A: T here is a membership fee of $25 for a 1-year membership term. You will receive two welcome e-vouchers-a $30 e-voucher and an e-voucher for a complimentary cup of coffee/tea, both valid for 3 months after date of signup. The e-vouchers have to be utilized in whole, no refunds or partial usage to be allowed. The e-vouchers are not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, promotions and e-vouchers.
A: Membership is valid for 12+ months upon successful enrolment. Membership will expire the following year on the last day of the same month . For example, if you join anytime in the month of April 2018, the expiry will be on 30 April 2019.
A: Membership activation is instant.
A: You can update your personal particulars via the Cedele Rewards Membership portal at www.cedelegroup.com/rewards or you can email us at email@example.com.
A: Member’s information and contact details are used so lely for administrative and marketing purposes associated with Cedele. These may include but are not limited to mailers, emails and SMSes. It is the responsibility of members to ensure their contact information is up-to-date .
A: The transference of membership is not allowed under th e Cedele Rewards program.
A: Membership benefits, point accrual and redemption can only be enjoyed when the member is present at point-of-sale.
A: A new membership term can be processed and purchased in-store on the d ay after membership expiry. Members who have accrued a minimum eligible expenditure of $500 ** within the membership term will experience auto-renewal (only valid for memberships starting from 2 May 2018 onwards). **Expenditure calculated based on rebate poi nt eligible spend, excludes tax and service charge.
A: The points and vouchers earned will still remain in your account. Your membership will continue under the previous loyalty program terms and benefits.
A: Your points will expire along with your membership account. Kindly use all your points before the expiry date as they will not be brought forward.
A: Cedele Rewards Membership is only available in Singapore for Cedele, Toss & Turn, Workspace Espress o and Greater Lot by Cedele outlets.
A: Receive a 10% discount e-voucher upon Referee’s successful sign-up.
A: Earn 5% rebates* on your purchases every time you shop at Cedele, Toss & Turn, Greater Lot by Cedele and Workspace Espresso. Simply inform the staff processing your order that you are a member, key in your NRIC/FIN number and points will be automatically accumulated (excl uding promotional items and blackout dates). During birthday months, earn twice the rebates* (10%). *Rebates are calculated based on nett spending, excluding promotional items and blackout dates.
A: You can earn and redeem points at all Cedele Bakery Cafés, Cedele Bakery Kitchens and Cedele All-Day Dining, Toss & Turn, Greater Lot by Cedele and Workspace Espresso outlets.
A: T here is no minimum spend required to earn Cedele Rewards $-points.
A: T he member must be present at point-of-sale.
A: P oints will be credited once the transaction has concluded and payment has gone through .
A: Accrue $-point rebates* (5% of eligible spend) within the membership term. Enjoy double Cedele $-point rebates* (10% of eligible spend) throughout your entire birthday month. *Rebates are calculated based on nett spending, excluding promotional items and blackout dates.
A: P oints can be used at point-of- sale in-store to offset any amount from a bill at the rate of 1 Cedele Point = $1 Cash Redemption off the bill.
A: There is no limit to the amount of points that you can earn in a day.
A: Any amount of Cedele Rewards points can be redeemed to offset a bill. Any remaining balance can be paid with cash, NETS or credit card.
A: Only transactions after membership sign-up and activation will be considered for point accrual.
A: You can check your point balance in-store or online through the Cedele Membership Rewards portal.

A: Cedele Rewards point redemptions and all e-vouchers cannot be refunded once transactions have been completed. Rewards which have been issued cannot be exchanged for other items.
A: Cedele $-point rebates will remain valid for accrual and redemption as long as the membership remains valid. All points and benefits will expire at the same time as membership term expiry.
A: There is no extension for all points, e-vouchers or a ssociated membership benefits.
A: Your membership is pre-loaded with two welcome e-vouchers (only valid for memberships starting from 2 May 2018 onwards) which must be utilized within the first three months of membership start date. - $30 Voucher for Dine-In and Takeaways - Complimentary cup of Coffee or Tea
A: To safeguard members’ accounts, t he member must be present at point of redemption.
A: Reward Vouchers are awarded based on total expenditure in a membership term. Any redemp tion of your Cedele $-points, vouchers and e-vouchers will not affect the total expenditure calculated at the end of the membership term.
A: Cedele Rewards points cannot be transferred between members or combined for use . Only one member account can be linked to one bill at any point i n time.
MEMBERS HIPS EXISTING PRIOR TO 2 May 2018
A: Current members whose membership terms started prior to 2 May 2018 will continue to enjoy the same benefits as previously committed. No action is necessary.
A: All membership points and benefits no longer enjoy a ny grace period or roll-over into a renewed membership term; and will expire along with the membership term.
