Breakfast is often thought to be the most important meal of the day. Start your day right with our range of nutrient-packed breakfast options. Choose from our all-day breakfast plates, our grab-and-go sandwiches or our generous yoghurt cups for a healthy wake-me-up.   One of our classic breakfast items is our Full Works (also known as The Full Plate in our All-Day dining outlets) which comes with all the usual brunch necessities: eggs, crispy bacon, mushrooms, nitrate-free sausages, fresh greens and toast. Our Truffle Eggs Benny comes with a choice of ham, salmon or sautéed spinach.     We also recently revamped our all day brunch menu to include these exciting new breakfast options. Our Kale & Sweet Potato Hash is packed with healthy greens and fresh eggs, dressed with an Asian twist: furikake and sriracha ketchup. You can also try the vegetarian option, where we’ll replace our eggs with our homemade cauliflower quinoa chia seed patties and strawberry chilli jam. Another from our new menu that we would recommend is our Green Baby Pancakes. Made with heart healthy greens – broccoli, pinto beans, and avocado – and topped with a perfectly poached egg and homemade spring onion yoghurt.   We have also upgraded our Yoghurt Cups – they now come with a superfood boost. Our Super Acai Bowl combines acai yoghurt, raw honey, goji and fresh berries, while our Mango Berries Bowl has mango, fresh berries, toasted coconut and raw honey. Both yoghurts are topped with a generous serving of superfood granola, made with chia seeds, oats, pumpkin seeds, almonds and cranberries.   And we still have more for you to choose from! We have Cinnamon Swirl French Toast that you can take sweet (with ice cream) or savoury (with bacon or sausage), a healthy super green omelette dressed with lingonberry orange chutney and pink Himalayan salt butter, and a simple smashed avo on sourdough, served with 2 poached eggs, vine tomatoes and dukkah.
